WEBSITE & OLAF
Schedule Appointment Copy Change
To improve consumer experience and encourage consumers to go to the physical dealership for an appointment, “in-person” has been added to the schedule appointment confirmation screen. The appointment confirmation screen has been changed from “Your appointment is set!” to now read “Your in-person appointment is set!”
Current Proposed
Add “Valid Driver’s License (Y/N)” question to Trade-In Screen & Configuration
Add the question “Do you have a valid Driver License?” to the Trade-In screen within OLAF with the options for a "Yes", "No" , or "No, but I will have one within 30 days" answer.
Configuration: The ability for the Driver License question to be enabled in OLAF is OPTIONAL on a store-by-store basis, as each store has different policies surrounding driver licenses. Please open a ticket with the Service Desk to enable this change.
Current Proposed
If the DL question is enabled, the customer will have three possible responses.
If they answer YES, then the application is scored normally and a decision is returned to the customer on the website.
If they answer Can Get In 30 Days, then the application is scored normally, but the customer will get the More Info Needed message, regardless of the scoring decision.
If they answer No, then the application will be declined due to the lack of a driver's license.
The OLAF screen (formerly known as "Trade-In") will be retitled to "License & Trade-In"
The Review screen is updated with the:
New page title "License & Trade-In"

LOOKER
Update to the OLAF Dashboard - 2 new dashboards will replace the existing
The existing OLAF dashboard in Looker will be retired and users will now see 2 new dashboards called OLAF Coincidental and OLAF Vintage
OLAF Coincidental dashboard
The Coincidental dashboard provides users with OLAF metrics in line with traditional dashboards and reports based on a period of time. To be included in the counts on this dashboard, the date associated with the metric must be within the specified Date Range in the dashboard filter. For example, records with Sales Dates in the specified Date Range will be counted in OLAF Net Units Sold. This dashboard is best used to view actions by people and measure the effectiveness of those actions.
Appointment Metric looks
This dashboard includes new Appointment related looks providing metrics around appointments set in the OLAF process online versus in the store, as well as, providing a show rate.
OLAF And Underwriter Rejection Reasons
The Coincidental dashboard now displays looks detailing both the OLAF rejection reasons and the Underwriter rejection reasons on applications so that users can see summary type detail on why applications are being rejected.
OLAF Vintage dashboard
The vintage dashboard provides a picture of how specific OLAF applications move through the process. To be counted on this dashboard, the OLAF Created Date associated with the record must be within the specified Date Range in the dashboard filters. The Vintage dashboard is best used to view the journey of the customer; it is not a good view to evaluate employee actions.
New Path visuals
This Vintage dashboard included two new visuals (ie. Path Graphs) that show how OLAF applications by status progress to appointment and ultimately to sales/no sale and how appointments set Online progress to Underwriter approval and ultimately to a sale/no sale. Both of these new visuals are great pictures of how well applications progress to a sale and where stores/locations/users might want to focus more effort. These looks also allow for you to drill into the customer detail by clicking on the numbers within the path.
If you have any questions about these new dashboards, access to the dashboards, etc. please reach out to your FC or Company Store Regional Manager. Please feel free to submit feedback and issues via the Service Desk Portal for Looker.
