VAN-72 - Mobile Phone Numbers pushed to Active Campaign
In order to better notify customers of upcoming appointments, we’ll be utilizing Active Campaign to send reminder text messages to customers who have provided mobile phone numbers. These reminders are intended to help increase the show rate of customers to their scheduled appointments.
OLAF/CRM Enhancement
Lead emails for “Application Submitted” will include the OLAF decision status in the subject line.

Clarification:
Reminder messages will be initially sent for Company Stores, with Franchisee inclusion on a TBD basis.

The ActiveCampaign-API update that will sync phone numbers for appointment confirmation will not deploy this week as we continue to troubleshoot a couple of minor issues.
That said, once deployed, marketing and franchising are working on plans to make an automated SMS appointment confirmation message available system wide.
Marketing or franchising will release details on this in the near future.
This was developed as a stop gap after losing certain levels of functionality in SBT for company stores and will be enhanced even further once we have implemented the new omnichannel SMS provider in the months ahead.
