MyByrider App | Create a preference around delinquent payments for Contractual Loan, CPI and MDIPs

In order to better serve the needs of the business, we have added a preference behind allowing partial payments on delinquent contractual loans, CPI and MDIPs. 

Preference will keep current functionality, or allow the following functionality:

• Once DIPs are paid, allow customer to customize contractual loan payment, when payment is either current or delinquent

• Allow customer to customize CPI and MDIP payments, when payment is either current or delinquent

• Enable the Make Payment button when payment is delinquent and the payment amount entered is less than total amount due on contractual loans, CPI and MDIPs

• Keep current functionality of DIP payments

• DIP payments cannot be customized

Please contact the Service Desk to request a change to allow for partial payments on delinquent accounts.

The Buyer’s SSN was added to the F10600-Guaranty Agreement along with a blank line for the Guarantor’s SSN to allow for accurate credit reporting.
