General Notice:

This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of March 23rd, 2021.

CRM/OLAF release

• OLAF/CRM: add appt date/time to Lead Assignment queue
  The Lead Assignment queue on the manager’s dashboard in CRM will not display appointment date/time for leads where an appointment was added by the BDC or by the OLAF customer/applicant via the OLAF application decision screen.

• Bug Fix: CRM Issue | Unable to Add Cobuyer

• Bug Fix: CRM - BDC appts not visible in CRM

Forms Release

Annual McGlinchey Update of Forms:

The following states will now have the “F11100-AA Notice of Intent to Repossess” and “F11100-B Notice of Intent to Repossess” repo notices available: Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado and Kansas.

Wisconsin will now have the “F11300-Proposal to Retain Collateral Your Oblig” and “F11300-B Proposal to Retail Collateral Backoff” repo notices removed.

OLAF Need More Info Rule Adjustments:

• Adjustment has been made for income falling between upper Single Auto and lower P.R.E. threshold. Income between these 2 ranges will change from Decline to Needs more Information for OLAF applications.

  • Example pictured: $1000-$1199 becomes Need More Information

• Adjustment has been made for Cash Decline and Post Scoring Policy Decline reasons that apply to OLAF applications from Decline to Need More Info.

  • Score Decline
