Form - Retail Installment Contract Updated - Affects All Locations
To avoid confusion and ensure compliance with Regulation Z, when contracting for payments on a semi-monthly schedule, the section of the Truth-in-Lending Disclosures in the Retail Installment Contract titled, “When Payments Are Due” will be disclosed as follows: When Payments Are Due: semi-monthly on 15th day and last day of each month, beginning xx/xx/xxxx.

Bug Fix - D365 Issue | Records with Apostrophe in AccountNum field in Vendors table is causing vehicles to be stuck in a Recon status in Discover > Vehicle Module
Fixed issue where submitting an invoice with an Account Number containing an apostrophe was causing the duplicate invoice error message to appear.

CRM Enhancement | Make Application Type Mandatory on Application > Needs Analysis Page
Added functionality to the Application > Needs Analysis page so that an Application Type (in-person or over-the-phone) is selected prior to selecting the “Complete Application” button.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > search or select Lead from Lead Book > from the Customer Profile page, click on the Application tab > after completing the application, go to the Needs Analysis tab
CRM Enhancement | Add a Tooltip that Displays the CustNum and SaNum with a Mouse-Over on the Customer's Name in the Lead Book and Appointment Calendar
Added functionality to the Lead Book and Appointment calendar so that a tooltip containing the Customer Number (CustNum) and Sales Attempt Number (SANum) are viewable upon a mouse-over of the Lead’s name.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > hover over the name of a Lead from Lead Book or the Appointment calendar
