CRM - Lead Book | Approved Not Sold leads will move to pipeline after 30 days
Leads in the Pathway and Approved Not Sold category will move to Pipeline after 30 days if nothing is done after the decision made date.
CRM | Lead Book | Make new Customer Follow Up Section Heading Tab
Users will now see the Customer Follow Up heading as a new tab next to the Lead Book. Users will also be able to see a badge next to Lead Book and Customer Follow-Up with the count of leads/customers in each. The Lead Book badge tells users the count of leads in the New section, while the Customer Follow Up badge shows the count of all customers in that tab. Low Balance leads will default to the top of the Customer Follow Up list.
