D2 | BD Warranty: Render VSC or Warranty Widget (Byrider Direct Only!)
Added a box to show that I have a selected warranty coverage or VSC based on store preferences for locations that allow for the sale of warranties instead of VSC’s.
D2 | BD Warranty: Update Profit Recap Widget (Byrider Direct Only!)
Updated the profit recap widget to show that the Fees for VSC are removed from the profit recap section. Also that the warranty coverage is shown in a manner consistent with the other products section.
D2 | Deal Detail Page-Vehicle Service Contract: User can Validate the Deal without Selecting VSC Option (Byrider Direct Only!)
Fixed a problem where the user could delete a vehicle, select the same vehicle and then being able to validate and transfer a deal without selecting any VSC option.
Looker
2 New Dashboards are Available!
Looker users will see 2 new dashboards in Looker under the CNAC section. These two dashboards are based on the existing Discover reports: Paid Out Accounts and Charge Off Report. The new dashboards mimic the existing reports as well as provide some new visual analytics on the subject matter.

Enhancement to filters for Inventory Dashboards
An update has been done to the filters for the 5 Inventory dashboards to allow users to more easily access the current day’s data and to easily select a single day in the past. Users will see a new filter option called “Is Current Date”. When that filter is set to Yes, the dashboard will show data as of the day the dashboard is being viewed. If a user would like to view any specific day in the past, the user should change the “Is Current Date” filter to No and then select what day in the past they wish to view in the “Inventory As Of” filter.

CRM Enhancement: Add ability to convert a Memo to a Note
Added the ability to “unpin” a Memo and convert it to a Note within CRM so that the history is maintained but the Memo is no longer pinned to the top of the Communication History.
To access: Log into CRM > click on any record in the Lead Book with in the record > within the Customer Profile, go to the Communication History > click on the “Unpin Memo” link > click “Yes” to confirm that you want to unpin the Memo.
CRM Sustainment: Starter Pack needs to recognize new DocNums
Fixed issue where DocNums specific to a location were not recognized in the CRM Starter Pack when new forms were created.
CRM Texting: Update texting receiving lambda to handle Sales Person Reassignment Workflow
Updated CRM Texting so that lead profiles that are reassigned will receive new text notifications.
CRM Texting: Display toast notifications when inbound SMS message notifications are pulled into the Inbox
Added a Toast Notification that pops up within CRM so that a Sales Person can access the Customer Profile page from anywhere within CRM and respond with a new text message.
CRM Issue: Lead Count does not match records returned in Sales Person Monthly/Weekly Progress Reports
Fixed issue where the Lead Count totals in the Sales Person Monthly and Weekly Progress reports were not matching up. Lead Count totals now match.
To access: Log into CRM > click on the “+” sign below the Goals & Forecast section > go to the line items in the Monthly Progress and Weekly Progress sections.
CRM Issue: Home Phone Number not updating as expected in Customer Summary phone when Customer Profile is updated
Fixed issue so that when any updates to the Home Phone Number are made, those updates are reflected in the Customer Summary when printing out the Starter Pack documents.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > within the Lead Book, click on the “Approved Not Sold” tab > select any Lead > with the Customer Profile, click on “Edit Customer Profile” > change the “Home Phone” > click “Save Changes” > click on the “Application” tab > click on the “Needs Analysis” tab > scroll down to the bottom of the page > click on the “Starter Pack” button > deselect all forms except for the Customer Summary > click the “Download” button.
CRM Issue: Appointments not showing when in Lead Category of "Approved - Not Sold"
Fixed issue where Appointments were disappearing from the Appointment calendar in CRM.
Follow up from ROCKET-2629: CRM Issue | Wrong Lead Category is being set for Appointments which prevents the appointment from displaying in the Appointment Log.
CRM Issue: LeadAPI Fatal Error: "Error while saving phone call details"
Fixed issue that was causing CRM Users to get kicked out of CRM when saving Phone Call details within the Customer Profile.
