22350-Byrider Service Contract F3100 FE-NonElec - Affects Company Stores IL, KY and Byrider Direct locations and also KY107

“For locations using the First Extended Vehicle Service Contract non-electrical coverage version (ILC40, ILC42, KYC20, KYC27-IN115, BDNC01-NC106, BDNC02-NC109, KY108-KY107), the existing VSC was replaced with an updated version containing additional written notice language to the State Amendments based on individual state requirements, impacting 11 state amendments with required notification periods ranging from 5-15 days: states requiring 5 days written notice are AL, DC, HI, MT, NJ, TX and states requiring 15 days written notice are LA, ME, MN, NM SC.”

“For locations using the First Extended Vehicle Service Contract containing electrical coverage (GA108, IA104, IA109, IA110, IA111, MO109, MO110, MO113, MO114), the existing VSC was replaced with an updated version containing additional written notice language to the State Amendments based on individual state requirements, impacting 11 state amendments with required notification periods ranging from 5-15 days: states requiring 5 days written notice are AL, DC, HI, MT, NJ, TX and states requiring 15 days written notice are LA, ME, MN, NM SC.”

21510-TX County of Title Issuance - Affects TX locations

Texas VTR-136 titling form County of Title Issuance (F2610) has been removed for all Texas locations. Per TIADA, this form is no longer required.
