CRM

CRM - Manager Dashboard | KY110 Unable to Access Two Franchise Stores

Users that have manager access at BDFL03 and KY110 will now be able to access both stores in CRM. Each time a user logs in, they will be taken to their home location. 

CRM - Edit Customer Page | Source Details not Updating when Customer has Multiple Sales Attempts

When a customer with multiple sales attempt numbers, CRM will now update the lead type when it’s set to “Lot Up” or “Phone Up”. 

Forms

Forms - Service Center Policies | Removed duration and Included Standard Language for Locations using First Extended

Updated the Service Center Policies to remove the duration and also updated store locations using First Extended to include standard language, if not already using such language. 

IVR

IVR - Updated API to Allow for Better Routing of Callers with Repossessed Vehicles

Additional fields have been added to the Repo API to better route dialer calls for repossessed vehicles. 

Deal Designer

Deal Designer - Bug Fix | Interview Questions Not Scoring "Housing Situation" Correctly (BDFL03)

Should no longer get the Validation failed pop-up in Deal Designer when Interview questions for housing are answered correctly.  Mortgage/rent current "no", eviction or foreclosure status "no"  work out plan "yes".
