Deal Designer - New Feature Release | Mechanical Rolls/Low Balance

Added ability to complete deals that consist of the following roll types in Deal Designer

• • Mechanical

  • Low Balance

  • Insurance

Deal Designer - Bug Fix | Discount Grid Score Issue

Fixed an error occurring in Discover - Deal Designer that affected calculations for the Discount Grid on the backend 

Deal Designer - Bug Fix | VSC Cancellation Issue

Addressed issue affecting the cancellation of VSC with deals completed in the Deal Designer application

LOB

LOB - NOA Automation Available for LOB Starting April 25, 2023

Starting on April 25, 2023, locations utilizing LOB to print and mail NOA Letters will be moved over to the NOA Automation and will no longer need to use the Print Shop functionality in Discover to send letters to LOB for processing. The NOA Automation process sends NOA letters to LOB every 24 hours and can be tracked by running the “Notice of Action Taken Letter” from the Sales Control > Reports > All Letters functionality in Discover.

MyByrider App - Adding Payment History

• Adding Payment History Screen. 

• CNAC Account slider > Payment History

  • History filters default to all (Grey), select filter to narrow history view (Orange)

  • Includes accounts related to the Primary Vehicle account as shown in screen 3 if present. (Vehicle, CPI, DIP, Service)

  • ACI confirmation number is included and will populate after ACI accepts payment

NOTE: 

1. A small % of payments are cash and do not go through ACI which are not currently reflected in payment history. Cash payments are a future add.

2. Buyer and Co-Buyer payments are currently reflected individually/separately on their accounts. Additional work will be done to display Both Buyer and Co-Buyer payments  combined.

MyByrider App - Replaced Estimated Account Balance from CPI Account Details Screen with Payment Amount

Currently CPI is reflected as a Loan with a loan balance in the Account Details screen. This is being updated to reflect just the payment amount as this is a more accurate representation of CPI.

For tax deals, F2110 Approval to Check IRS Website and Other Governmental Databases for Tax Return Filing and Refund Status was programmed for obtaining buyer(s) approval for Byrider or CNAC to take such action. 

Forms - F11550-OK-2 Explanation of Calc of Surplus/Def Updated - Affects OK Locations

Per the McGlinchey annual audit, the original cash price amount in F11550-OK-2 was updated (in two places).
