This update release occurred today on the morning of April 19th 2022.

Bug Fix

PHX-3694 - A.R.E. 4.0 New Score Decline Rule (Company Stores Only)

Addressed an issue which the DS Screen and Contract Writer didn’t show the same decline reason. Logic now uses the score decline as both NOA and Knockout reason. Old method was declining based on risk score but has been changed to use the final score.

Feature Request

PHX-3617 - Updated Collections Graduation Date Process (Company Stores Only)

The process was updated to include accounts that have payments totaling 2 payments or if the sum of payments are greater than or equal to 2 payments at 90%.

Wisconsin Dot Matrix Forms Have Been Programmed as Laser Forms - Affects IL122 and All WI locations

The following forms for WI are now available for TESTING. These forms will be officially available for retail use on May 1, 2022. As these forms were programmed from the Dot Matrix forms without having the actual hardcopy forms, some data could be missing or incorrectly placed. Per the WATDA these forms are required to be printed on special security paper that can be purchased via the WATDA.

Please submit a Service Desk ticket for any issues found during testing. Please include the form number listed below.
