As part of the DFI Updates, the receipts were updated so that the first reference to CNAC would display as: Business Legal Name dba Business Form Name followed by (“CNAC”).

The State of KY updated the Title Application Form 01/01/2023.
Forms - F11200-IL-1-BK, F11200-IL-2-BK, F11200-IL-3-BK, F11200-IL-4-BK Notice to Sell Property-Byrider
For Illinois Only: Once a customer has filed for bankruptcy, only two forms need to be sent. Send only the Notice of Disposition and Explanation of Surplus or Deficiency, nothing else. Use the Bankruptcy Forms for the Notice of Disposition: Form BK F11200 IL-1, BK F11200 IL-2, BK F11200 IL-3, or BK F11200 IL-4. Use the Bankruptcy Forms for the Explanation of Surplus or Deficiency: Form BK F11550-AA. Follow the instructions for Forms F11200 IL-1, F11200 IL-2, F11200 IL-3, and F11200 IL-4 and F11550-AA. The only difference is that the bankruptcy forms must be used if you know the customer has filed for bankruptcy or received a bankruptcy discharge.

To access the form: Log into Discover > select Store/Location > under Application, select Sales/Vehicle Module > from the navigation bar, select Contract Writer > click Edit next to any record > within the record, click the “Forms” button to launch the Form Selection popup > select F3465-GPS Service Agreement > select button and Print Wet Signature Form
Discover - Sales Control | Fixed the Ability to Download Multiple PDFs from Application
To access (must have Underwriter access for “Download Selected” to appear): Log into Discover > select Store/Location (CNAC) > under Application, select Sales Control Application > select date range > select the PDF icon > within popup, place a checkmark next to all documents > select “Download Selected” button.

CRM Texting - Added Text Notifications Subscription Toggle to Customer Profile
To access the Text tab (location must be configured to use texting): log into CRM > select “Dashboard” from the Dashboard dropdown > click on any record to access the Customer Profile > within the Customer Profile > Take Action section, select the Text tab > click on the bell icon located below the Text Templates dropdown to enable or disable Texting Notifications for the customer.
CRM - Created a Process that Removes All Courtesy Calls from the Customer Follow Up Tab for Customers with Charged Off or Backed Off Vehicles
To access the Customer Follow Up tab: log into CRM > select “Dashboard” from the Dashboard dropdown > within the Lead Book, select the Customer Follow Up tab.
CRM - Added the Ability to Select One of Multiple PDF Documents to Print from the Starter Pack
Customer Profile, click on the Application tab > Click on the Needs Analysis tab > scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on the “Starter Pack” button > within the Starter Pack Forms popup, scroll down to the bottom of the popup, select radio button next to the PDF to print.
CRM - Added the Ability to Remove/Swap a Co-Buyer to a Scored Lead or Application
To access the Application Page: log into CRM > select “Application Dashboard” from the Dashboard dropdown > enter in applicable filters, click “Find Application” button > find a record with a Buyer AND Co-Buyer Name > click on the icon next to the Co-Buyer’s name > within the popup, select the button to either “Remove Co-Buyer” or “Swap Buyer and Co-Buyer” > click the “Close” button once the change is made.
CRM - Residence and Mailing Address Added to P.R.E. for Mailing LOB NOA Letters
To access the Preliminary Evaluation (P.R.E.) tab (location must be configured to use P.R.E.): log into CRM > select “Dashboard” from the Dashboard dropdown > click on any record to access the Customer Profile > within the Customer Profile, select the PRE tab.
CRM - Fixed an Issue so that the Loading Spinner No Longer Vanishes when Accessing the Customer Profile from a Search Result
To access the search functionality: log into CRM > select “Dashboard” from the Dashboard dropdown > type a customer’s name in the Search are within the upper right-hand corner of the page.
