Looker - New Dashboard
A new dashboard is being released called OLAF. If your dealership is on OLAF, the OLAF dashboard gives you insight into how your dealership(s) OLAF activities. The OLAF dashboard only shows OLAF specific activities and does not include any non-OLAF activities (applications, approvals, sales, etc…) If your dealership is not yet utilizing OLAF, then your dashboard will show “0” and/or “No Result”.
The OLAF dashboard has a couple of basic normal filters: Date Range, Store, Location and a new filter Decision Status (OLAF). The dashboard is broken down into various sections:
OLAF Metrics
4 quick tiles giving you immediate counts of the primary OLAF Steps (Started Applications, Finished Applications, Approvals and Net Sold).
OLAF Process
Simply provides you the counts of each step through the OLAF process such as # of Started Apps, # of OLAF Approvals, # of OLAF Underwriter Approvals.
OLAF Progression Metrics
Various percentages showing how one step in the OLAF process progresses to another step in the process. For instance, this section gives you the percentage of OLAF Started Applications that become OLAF Finished Applications or the percentage of OLAF Started Applications that result in an OLAF Net Sales, etc… We also show you the trend over time for OLAF Started Applications, OLAF Approvals, OLAF Underwriter Approvals and OLAF Net Units Sold. And lastly, this section breaks down the Net Units Sold by the Sale Tier.
OLAF Decisions
This section provides you with visual insight into specific OLAF Decisions, what happens to those OLAF decisions by Underwriting, and how well appointments are set for each OLAF status.
OLAF Vintage Data Tables
Provides a Customer Journey view and summary data based solely on the OLAF Created Date for the specified Date Range. This allows you to see how each customer has progressed or not progressed through the OLAF journey.
OLAF Coincidental Data Tables
Provide summary data for each data point in the table independent of the other data points based on the specified Date Range (X number of applications in the date range and X number of Underwriter approvals in the date range, etc.)
We are working on additional documentation and tool tips throughout the dashboard to help you understand the definitions and calculations through the dashboard. In the meantime, if you have any questions please reach out to your Franchise Consultant or submit a request through the Service Desk.
