Forms - F11100 Notice of Right to Cure, Now Shows Itemized Delinquency Payments, Affects Wisconsin Only

Request from the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions to add a grid showing the itemization of delinquency payments on the F11100 Notice of Right to Cure Letter for the state of Wisconsin.

This request affected the following letters:

F11100-WI-1 Notice of Default and Intent to Repo

F11100-WI01 Notice of Right to Cure Default

F11100-WI-2 Notice of Default and Intent to Repo

F11100-WI-3 Notice of Default and Intent to Repo

To access: Log into Discover > select Wisconsin Store and Location: CNAC > under Application, select Finance Application > Navigate to Collections > Collections > use Search to find an account > click View next to any record > at the bottom of the page, select the "Send Letter" button > Select the appropriate form from the list

Looker

Looker - Created the Orangebook SSRS and Top Performers Dashboards

Orangebook Dashboard

Oranagebook (previously posted on Ebyrider under the Rankings page) will now be available in Looker with some new visual analytics and the ability to run for a date range. This dashboard is based on sold inventory. You can even filter in on Year, Make, Body Style, Color and Mileage.

Top Performers Dashboard

The Top Performers Dashboard is a start to replacing the data posted monthly on Ebyrider on the Rankings page. This first version has Top Sales Associates, Top Retail Sales, Top Down Payments, Top Total Down, and Top Collectors. Over time we will add the remaining Top CNAC Performance data points. This report can only be run for completed months. This Dashboard cannot be run for mid month results.

Looker - Inventory Boards Filter Default Updated to All

All of the Inventory boards should have the Filter Buyer Indicator set as ALL not Yes.

Looker - New Inventory Detail TIV Column Added

We need a TIV column added to the Inventory Detail Look on ALL Inventory boards. TIV = Purchase Price + Recon - Write Downs.

CRM

CRM - All CRM Form Inputs are Now Set to All Capitalization

All CRM Form input fields are set to ALL CAPS to ensure consistency between forms/contracts generated from CRM. All data will be set to ALL CAPS within the database, if data is entered from CRM.

NOTE: OLAF applications are not currently set up for ALL CAPS. A request for a future update is in Vanguard’s backlog.
