Deal Designer - Added Ancillary Product Warranty Cost
As requested by the business we have now added the Warranty cost to the Ancillary Products section in the Profit Recap component.
Deal Designer - Bug Fix | Backend Mapping which impacted Reporting
Fixed an issue with backend mapping that had flipped to cost and admin values. This affected downstream reporting.
Deal Designer - Bug Fix | Max Payment Cap Comparing Against Payment Amount
Corrected an issue within Deal Designer, specifically the Max Payment Cap comparing against Payment Amount, but in Discover it was comparing against the Monthly Equivalent. This prevented deals from progression but has been addressed.
Deal Designer - Bug Fix | Values Not Rounding Appropriately Causing Discrepancies with Discover
In Deal Designer the some values for calculating taxes and discount were rounding out incorrectly. These have been updated so that those values in Deal Designer and Discover align.
Deal Designer - Feature | Adding Administration Page to Bulk Manage Users
A new feature is being deployed that will allow for bulk management of users in the Deal Designer application.
Buyers Page
Buyers Page - Google Login Update
Google is moving to a new Identity Service which requires an update to the Login feature for the Buyers Page so that it conforms to Google's new Identity Services workflow. For the Buyers Page, there is no change due to the nature of the app.

CRM
CRM - Manager Dashboard | Added Ability to Access Customer Profile from Lead Assignment
Must have User ID configured as a Manager. To access: Log into CRM > from the Dashboard dropdown, select Manager Dashboard > go to the Lead Assignment section > click on record name
Functionality follows the same logic as records in the Lead Book. Upon mouse-over, the CustNum/SANum for the record will display.
Discover
Discover - Sales Control | Adding New Customer Link Replaced with CRM Link
The “Continue Adding New Customer” link has been removed and replaced with the URL for accessing CRM where new customer records should be created.
Forms
Forms - Bug Fix | LOB Sending Wrong LOI Letters to IL, MI and CA Residents
Fixed the automated LOI process so that the correct LOI letter is sent to Illinois, Michigan and California residents.

The Statement of Understanding form was edited - www.recalls.gov changed to www.safercar.gov.
A new version of the form for disclosure of recall information (F2260A) has been programmed. A recall report using the NHTSA website should be run no more than 48 hours prior to the sale, and the form should be completed and provided to the customer prior to execution of any sale documents. Place a check mark indicating whether a recall was found for the vehicle and complete the form. The customer and dealer must sign the completed form. Provide a copy of the form with a copy of the recall report to the customer regardless of whether a recall was found. Retain a copy of the recall form with the recall report.
