MyByrider | Turn off ACH/Bank Account or Credit Card payments by CNAC

Please open a ticket with the Service Desk to ask for payment types to be turned off for your Store.

• Added the ability for Stores to only accept card payments through MyByrider 

  • A banner message will appear on all accounts where ACH/Bank Account payments have been turned off

  • They will not be allowed to add a new payment type of Bank Account

  • Bank Account payment type has been removed from selection of Payment Type

  • If they have an existing Bank Account payment type on their account, it will still display, but they will not be able to select it for payment.

• Payment types will not be accepted when either ACH or card payments have been turned off on the customer level

• Previously, both payment types had to be unchecked (turned off for a customer) for MyByrider to block the customer from making payments through MyByrider.

• When either ‘Accept Checks from this customer?’ or Accept Credit Card payments from this customer?’ is unchecked, the associated payment type will be disabled in MyByrider.
