Looker Dashboards
VSC Enrollment
The VSC Enrollment dashboard is a simple dashboard showing the VSC Conversion rate the last 24 months and the conversion rate by Location. For the Date Range specified in the filter. This dashboard at this point in time is only applicable to Store/Locations that provide the VSC option. We do expect this dashboard to be enhanced over the next couple of months.
VSC Cancellations
The VSC Cancellation dashboard provides users with insights into their Store/Location’s VSC Cancellations. This information has not been previously available. The dashboard provides specific information around cancellation reasons, Year over Year trends, info by Tier, Body Type, Year, Make and Model as well as time related metrics. Note: when looking at VSC Enrollment and VSC Cancellations for a specific period of time, a cancellation is not always correlated with a sale/VSC enrollment in that same period of time.
The two new VSC related dashboards will appear in the Sales section of Looker and will be available to the same users that have access to the Sales Funnel dashboard.
Consent Agreement
The Consent Agreement dashboard is a new dashboard that allows users to see whether applicants provided Legal and/or Credit Consent in the online approval (OLAF) process. Legal consent relates to receiving marketing communications and agreement to the ESign terms. Credit consent indicates whether the applicant checked the box agreeing they received and read the Financial Privacy Policy and Application Disclosures and that Byrider may obtain consumer report information about the applicant.
The Consent Agreement dashboard will be in a new Legal/Compliance section in Looker on your landing page.

Enhancement
You will start seeing a new blue header bar on dashboards, initially on newly released dashboards, incorporating Byrider branding. This bar will typically include direct links to a couple of other related dashboards.
Miscellaneous
Apple released an IOS update (15.5) which fixed the "Join by Phone" option within Google Calendar. This fix would also resolve any other application that used special characters within a phone number.

23500-NC Damage Disclosure Statement - Affects NC Locations
Per the McGlinchey review, the North Carolina F2281 Damage Disclosure was replaced with a more current version.
