Discover - Collections | Fresh Start | IN101 (update FreshStart requirements - 120 days)

Updated logic in Discover allowing for FreshStarts to begin now 120 days from last Fresh Start instead of 180 days.

CRM | Application Dashboard | The header sort is not retained for the search results after refresh/navigating back from customer profile

When refreshing now the header sort column order will remain the same inside the Application dashboard.
