CRM Issue | Last Contact date showing instead of OLAF appointment date and time scheduled by customer
Fixed issue with the CRM Manager Dashboard where appointments set by the Lead when completing an OLAF application process were not displaying as expected in the Lead Assignment section. Appointment date and time will display if the Lead set up an appointment; N/A will display if no appointment was created.
To access: Log into CRM > select Manager Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > go to Lead Assignment section
CRM Issue | in Corp and Manager views the Goals & Forecast data does not persist for selected Sales Person
Fixed issue when signed into CRM as a Corporate employee or Manager where the Goals & Forecast data for a selected Sales Person did not persist when navigating to another Sales Person’s Lead Book.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > select a Sales Person from the Sales Person dropdown, then select another Sales Person
