Feature Update: Update APR Grid
As of 05/03//2022 there is a revised APR grid used by all corporate stores EXCEPT for BDNC01 and BDNC02. Those locations will utilize the new grid on 06/01/2022.
New Feature: Future Rent Does Not Carry Over from IQ to Housing Expense on DS Screen
The “Future Rent” input from the Interview Questions does not carry over to the “Housing Expense” field on the DS screen. Moving forward, the “Housing Expense” field will be auto populated with the greater of either “New Monthly Mortgage/Rent Amount” or the “Monthly Mortgage Amount”.
Bug Fix: Update to Recent Loans Logic
An issue with loan denial was occurring within CNAC where sometimes a loan wouldn’t be auto denied if the customer had received a loan with CNAC within the past 12 months. Now, if a customer is recent (</=12 months) they will be automatically denied due to recency.
