January 11th, 2022 Release

General Notice:

This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of January 11th, 2022.

PHX-3611: Bug - Main page in Discover for The Work Number does not save showing there is no record in The Work Number it is being pulled. Resolved.

PHX-3619: ARE 4.0 - Tier 3&4 DQ Open Auto declines.

Currently a Delinquent Open Auto results in a rejection for ALL Tiers. Tiers 3 and 4 will now need a minimum down payment of $500 to move forward with the deal.

PHX-3608: ARE 4.0 - Change Minimum Income Requirement for scores below .65

Net single auto income change - $1400

If they have an Open Auto - $1800

VAN-137: Bug - Social Media Links Unclickable

It was noted that on some pages on Byrider.com, the social media icons (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) were not clickable as they are on the home page. This has been corrected so that any instance of these icons appearing for a user will be properly interactive.

VAN-138: “Get Approved” Button Consistency

On Dealership Detail pages, there’s a bit of inconsistency between buttons that take a user to the beginning of the OLAF process. This is the only place on the entire site that has a “Get Approved Online” button. These buttons have been altered to now match the “Get Approved” Buttons found in all other areas of the site.

VAN-127: Alteration to OLAF Down Payment Question

This change was requested from Marketing in order to provide less potential confusion on the Down Payment question in OLAF. The question becomes simpler and likely clearer for end users without the extra “down” within it.
