Looker
9 New Dashboards are Available
We are releasing 9 new dashboards. Looker users, depending on job function, might see various combinations of the new dashboards on their board. Please reach out to your FC or Regional Manager with any questions and feel free to submit issues or feedback through the Service Desk portal for Looker.
Sales Lot Posting (in the Inventory section)
This is a recreation of the Discover report and will be available in the Inventory section of Looker. This new dashboard can be printed from PDF to be posted daily.
2. Vehicle Collateral Disposition (in the Inventory section)
This is based on the SSRS Report called Recon_VehDisp and provides a lot of information and detail about vehicle collateral dispositions.
3. Daily KPIs (in new section called Exec Summaries)
This is a brand new dashboard that is intended to pull together 3-4 primary KPIs from the various areas of the business and show these metrics in a calendar type view to give users a very quick summary. The calendar view can be adjusted to to view a very short period of time or a very long period of time (i.e. YTD, etc.). The dashboard currently includes Sales KPIs and a few Inventory KPIs. Each metric will link the user out to a corresponding dashboard that provides more detail. This dashboard will continue to be iterated upon and more KPIs will be added. This dashboard will be located under a new section on your Looker board called Exec Summaries.
4. Paid Out Global Comparison (in CNAC section)
This is a new dashboard that provides users a global comparison view of their paid out accounts. Users must select a store and location in the filters and the dashboard will compare that selection against all company stores and all franchise stores. NOTE: The dashboard will not work properly without specifying a store and location!
5. CNAC Delinquency (in the CNAC section)
This dashboard is based on the SSRS report called CNAC Delinquency. This dashboard gives users insight into their Accounts as of a specific date against the prior months based on DQ ranges both in terms of accounts and in terms of dollars. NOTE: User must select one specific date.
6. Finance SLOS Trend (in the Accounting/Finance section)
