Bug Fix: The number of leads in the Customer Follow-Up category doesn’t always match the category count.

Collections (Company Stores)

To better enable our Collections Team to help customers that had previously used Disaster Forbearance, the required amount of days that need to elapse before an account is eligible for a Fresh Start again has been lowered from 180 days to 120 days.

40000-AL Retail Installment Contract - Affects AL locations

The Alabama Retail Installment Contract was updated per the McGlinchey annual review. A Jury Trial Waiver section was added and a sentence was removed from the Insurance section.
