Payment IVR Upgrade

The payment IVR is a shared phone service used by the Prompt Payment Center, Company Stores CNAC and Customer Service. It presents menus for a customer to make a payment using a stored payment card on file or by adding a new payment card or using ACH. The existing menu allows the customer to make payments on individual accounts (Loan, CPI, DIP, MDIP) for either a specified amount or a custom amount.

Two new customer options will be added to the top of the menu to allow customers to post a single, combined payment across multiple accounts.

1. To make a payment for the total amount due on your accounts.

2. To make a payment for the total past due amount on your accounts.

Example: Customer has Auto loan due for $200 of which $100 is past due. Also has CPI due for $70 of which $35 is past due.

Option 1 is the Total Due of All Accounts value across any active accounts with the amount due: $270.

Option 2 is the Total past Due Amounts value across any active accounts with a past due amount: $135.

Example: Customer has Auto loan due for $200 of which $100 is past due. Also has CPI due for $70 of which $35 is past due. Also has an MDIP due for $100 (not past due).

Option 1 is the Total Due of All Accounts value across any active accounts with the amount due: $370.

Option 2 is the Total past Due Amounts value across any active accounts with a past due amount: $135.

Example: Customer has $100 Auto Loan and $35 CPI payments due.

Option 1 is the Total Due of All Accounts value across any active accounts with the amount due: $135.

NO OPTION for past due will be presented.

Looker

OLAF Coincidental dashboard updated

The OLAF Process look on the OLAF Coincidental dashboard was updated to show the breakdown between OLAF applications and OLAF v2 (the magic link) applications. Users can now see how many traditional OLAF applications and how many OLAF v2 applications as each type progresses through the different steps in the OLAF process. In the screenshot example below you can see there are 5,868 total OLAF started applications of which 5836 were traditional OLAF and 32 were from the v2 application.

All Looker Dashboards upgraded to new format

Just a quick reminder that all existing dashboards in Looker have now been upgraded to the new format. There are no major changes to the dashboards functionality. Again, though you will notice a different look and feel to the filter functionality at the top of each dashboard.
