This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of June 15th, 2021.

Active Campaign: Send Application status from CRM to AC

Application statuses for OLAF and traditional UW applications will now be fed into Active Campaign.

SBT Op-In Issue

An issue with leads being opted in to texts via SBT has been resolved

Discover/OLAF Need More Info Score cut off

To add OLAF application opportunities, an OLAF CutOff Score has been added to the customization page. The OLAF CutOff Score is envisioned to be set 10% below the current location CutOff on the Customization page.

Example: Score CutOff = .40 Online Threshold Score CutOff = .36

Initial Default setting is .35, Location responsible party will need to update setting as needed.

• CutOff Scores for Applicants that are below the Location CutOff but above the OLAF CutOff will receive the “Need More Information” message.

• CutOff Scores for Applicants that are below the Location CutOff and below the OLAF CutOff will receive the “Declined” message.
