OLAF
OLAF - Lead Book | Pick Up Inactive OLAF Applications Last Modified > 15 Minutes
Objective - Reduced the time it takes for abandoned leads to be sent to CRM. Currently up to 45 Minutes.
Any lead that sits idle for an OLAF application step for 15 minutes will now be considered abandoned. (previously 30 min)
A job runs every 5 minutes to identify leads that are abandoned.
Back end processing can take up to 5 minutes.
Max expectation based on the test system is 25 minutes for an abandoned lead to appear in CRM.

A small percentage of customers make cash payments on their contract which does not go through ACI so have added Cash payments to payment history.

Deal Scoring
A.R.E. - New Rule Request | DQ Open Auto Rule
In the case the customer scores above the score threshold but is below the total investment threshold please add the following program declined reason: Insufficient Total Investment.
Additionally if the Tool Action - Open Auto DQ = 1 and customer scores above the score threshold but is below the total investment threshold please add the following knockout reason: Insufficient Total Investment.
If applicable add Insufficient Total Investment to the DS page.
If Tier 3 or 4, with required MTI, if DQ present then penalize and require additional $500 down.
MTI is derived from the CSE_VehicleLineMatrix by ScoreIndex and Vehicle Line
Non-Overridable - Customer who has an Open Auto DQ and scores >=.65 must have the required Minimum Total Investment (from CSE_VehicleLineMatrix) + OpenAutoDQ Add. Example (MTI 400 + OpenAutoDQ 500 = Total 900): If Investment Required Value < Total then Program Minimum then Declined with Knock-out reason
Overridable - Customer who has an Open Auto DQ and scores >=.65 must have the required Minimum Total Investment (from CSE_VehicleLineMatrix) + OpenAutoDQ Add. Investment Required Value else Program Declined
No Action - Customer who has an Open Auto DQ and scores >=.65 must have the required Minimum Total Investment (from CSE_VehicleLineMatrix) + OpenAutoDQ Add. Investment Required Value - Rule should not fire
Customer who has an Open Auto DQ and scores <.65 - Program Declined
ARE 4.0 Customization Page has new field with value input box that controls new logic variable

When I select any filter I am able to search and the list automatically reduces based on input for deals newer than 30 days only.

When searched, deals older than 30 days return results based on any of the search criteria selected. (must hit the search button to return results)
