CRM: Add a "hot" lead option for the To Do List
CRM users now have the option to flag a lead as a “hot” lead. This functions identically to clicking on the STAR for adding a lead to the To Do list. Leads can be designated as “hot” in the Lead Book or on the customer profile.
Leads can have HOT, STAR, or both indicators added. Leads can have the HOT or the STAR indicator clicked or unclicked independently of one another. If either is selected, then the lead will display in the TO DO category
When viewing the To Do category, you’ll see the option to filter your view between ALL (viewing all leads in the To Do list), Hot or Star.
CRM: Manager can reassign a lead from the customer profile
Users with manager access can re-assign leads directly from a lead’s customer profile.
CRM Application: Require Signed Customer Statement Prior to Completing Application: For locations using UW Automation, users will be blocked from clicking the completing and submitting the application (which triggers automated credit pulls) until:
All required fields of the application have been filled in
Starter Pack forms are generated
Sales person confirms that the customer statement has been signed.
Once these three requirements have been met, the “Complete Application” button can be clicked and the application can be submitted to Underwriting.
CRM Application: Required field indicator on application tabs (all locations)
Users can now see which tab on the application contains unanswered required fields. Tabs with RED text indicate unanswered required fields on that tab.
