November 30th, 2021 Release

General Notice:

This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of November 30th, 2021 and December 1st, 2021.

Bug Fix - Some forms were failing to upload to Cloud Docs

A group of identified forms were not getting through to Cloud Docs. The issue has been corrected and all forms are expected to upload and be available in Cloud Docs.

Franchise Operations/Service Desk

Starting December 1, 2021 a Temporary Mileage Standard will be put in place within Discover.

OLAF Process Optimization (VAN-111, VAN-114, LC Development)

Work being accomplished between LC and Vanguard to change specifics in the OLAF Process. Specifics include:

• Removal of dependents question (was not being used in scoring, and therefore an unnecessary step)

• Change of Continuous Employment question from 12 Months to 6 Months (requested change from Gary).

• Inclusion of a pop-up warning for low down payments (Enabled/Disabled and Threshold set by each location, default is $0). This will more visibly notify potential customers that, if possible, a higher down payment could improve their chances at approval. This down payment option can be customizable for each location and we are testing this as a pilot.
