CRM
CRM - Manager can add or remove salespersons from CRM
On the Manager Dashboard in CRM, we’ve added a new section called Salesperson Management. Assuming that an employee has been onboarded to a location, a manager can search with that employee’s User ID and either add or remove them from the CRM for that location. This is for CRM only; it does NOT impact the user IDs in Discover.
Doing this will add or remove the employee from 1) the salesperson dropdown on the leadbook and from the goals section on the manager dashboard.
Auto revert leads with an OLAF app once submitted (ONLY applicable to locations piloting OLAF v2)
For manually added leads (Phone up, Lot up, Internal), once a salesperson provides the OLAF application code to the customer and the customer completes and submits the application, then the lead will revert to the New category in CRM. If the customer schedules an appointment from the OLAF decision screen, the lead will not revert but will move to the Appointment category.
BDC Module
When adding a new customer in the BDC module, the option to add an Internal lead has been added

Floating Action Bar: Update Messaging (For Desktop/Ipad only)
Floating Action Bar (FAB) messaging currently reads as:
Bad Credit or No Credit?
You could get approved without perfect credit.
FAB messaging updated to:
Online Approval in Under 3 Minutes.
Apply anytime, anywhere! Answer a few easy questions and you could get approved fast!
Reason: At introduction of FAB, credit messaging was used since not all franchisees were on Online Approval Full (OLAF). Now, over 90% of the field (31 company stores and the majority of franchise locations) are on OLAF. Online approval messaging promotes OLAF, resonates with the consumer and may drive more button clicks.
