December 21st, 2021 Release

General Notice:

This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of December 21st, 2021.

Looker - New Dashboard available

A new dashboard called the Digital Dashboard (Orbee) is being released providing a look into marketing related activity on the website. The Digital Dashboard leverages the consumer activity data provided by the Orbee website pixel. The dashboard demonstrates how customers access the Byrider.com website, how often they visit, the time they spend and the actions they take while online.

Additionally, it highlights vehicle engagement and leads submitted by channel. Currently, the dashboard displays data back to mid-October 2021; we are working to make historical data available back to when the Orbee pixel was initialized..
