VAN-200: OLAF: Error Messaging Display the phone number for application's store

In OLAF, there are a few instances where an error message was produced that told a user that their application could not be processed at this time, and they should contact the dealership to be able to move forward. This was most often caused by network or connectivity issues outside of the consumer’s control. However, with lack of clear visibility of how to contact the dealership, this message was often not useful or just a source of confusion or frustration for the applicant. Now, the error message includes the Sales contact phone number for the dealership selected for the OLAF in progress.

Rocket-2630: Bug Fix - Contract writer hangs and prevents deals from being delivered if the DIP Beg Date has no value.

If the DIP Beg Date is left Blank/at Default value of 1/1/1900,after navigating away from the deal then returning, the field changes to ‘sales date’ and will be saved on clicking 'save file' or ‘Transfer to Delivered’ buttons.
