CRM/OLAF Release

• Discover: Disable the Planner link in Discover for Stores

Sales Planner in Discover is now disabled. Open CRM in Chrome to manage leads.

• OLAF Queue: Change queue to load More_Info OLAF leads rather than approved

The Online Application UW queue now populates with OLAF apps with the “More Info Needed” decision. This will allow underwriters to target these lead/apps that have a higher likelihood of being converted.

Bug Fixes

• CRM Issue - leads not moving from customer follow up category HD-41806,

• CRM - Lead Assignment queue should not include dead dealed leads HD-44377, HD-44904, HD-46323, HD-46805, HD-47550

• OLAF/NOA: All Letters Report - Change to make Dead Dealed rejected apps show in All Letters Report.

The following options have been added as payment types in Discover:

Z2 - Service Business Customer A/R

Z3 - Service Dignify

Z4 - Service Openbay

These payment types have been added to support the operations of the Retail Service pilot program and should only be used by corporate owned locations performing retail service work at this time.
