CRM - Customer Profile | Bug Fix | Search Results Disappear before it can be Clocked On
Fixed issue where typing in entries too quickly into the CRM Search tool caused results to appear for a second, then disappear. Replaced the auto populate search functionality that automatically returned results when the user typed a few letters or a phone number with search functionality that requires the user to hit <Enter> or the search icon to complete the search.
To access: Log into CRM > select “Dashboard” from the Dashboard dropdown > search for a customer by phone number or name in the Search box.
CRM - Customer Profile | Some Address Updates Created Multiple Current Addresses in the Database
Added a process that corrects multiple current addresses from existing in the database and ensures only once current address exists for a customer account.
CRM - Customer Profile | Added the Ability for Franchise Locations to Disable "Post a LoanNote" for CNAC Functionality
On 12/13/2022 logic was added to post text message content sent or received from CRM Texting to the CNAC Account Notes once a customer signs a contract for the purchase of a vehicle. The logic was added for all locations. The CRM User Council requested that a setting be added to enable or disable the functionality per Store or Location.
Store Preference is “CRMEnableTextToLoanNote”.
Default is Enabled.
Application Usage is “Enable/disables recording CRM text message content to the Loan Note table.”
CRM - Texting | Bug Fix | Text Notification Badge is Displayed when Inbox is Empty
Fixed issue so that when a text notification badge is displayed, the badge corresponds to a notification within the inbox.
Prerequisite: CRM Texting is enabled
To access: Log into CRM > select “Dashboard” from the Dashboard dropdown > click on the “Text Notification” button
Discover
Discover - Finance Application | Update "Letter - Collection" in Discover > Account Notes for LOIs Sent to LOB
Updated what is being populated in the Discover > Account Notes for Letters of Intent (LOI) so that the correct document name is populating as well as the notes from LOB that includes the LOB reference number as well as the Expected Delivery Date.
To access: Log into Discover > Select a Store and Location of CNAC > Under Application, select Finance Applications > Navigate to Collections > Collections > For search criteria, use the defaults and click through the “Next” buttons until you get to the “Search” button > Click the “Search” button >Click the “View” button next to any record > this brings up the customer’s account > In the Address Information section, validate that the address is in Illinois, Michigan or California > If the Status Information section is not open, select the “Stat” button from the plethora of buttons at the bottom of the page > In the Status Information section, select the “Send Buyer LOI” button > In the Status Information section, select Notes.
