General Notice:

This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of January 26th, 2021.

Forms Release:

08010-MI Application for Title and Reg - Affects All MI locations

The 08010-MI Application for Title and Reg (RD-108) has been updated with the newest version. In this version, the CVR fee has been added. The 08015-MI Application for Title and Reg w/CVR (RD-108e) version did not change and will remain in the Contract Writer Forms list.

NOTE: The License Plate Fee box, which is for New Plates, will default in License Fee setups. The Plate Transfer Fee box, which is for plates being transferred, will default in Transfer Fee setups.

Sales/Marketing/Service Release

Discover Service Module

In order to track Non-Byrder vehicles/retail service customers, a “Retail Customer” checkbox has been added to the Customer Entry screen. This will add an “R” to the Stock number rather than an “S” allowing for reporting on retail service work.

CRM - manager can re-assign a lead from one CRM user to another

• • Must be a manager in CRM to re-assign leads

  • Select a lead category and then select between 1 - 60 leads to re-assign

  • Future feature will increase the upper limit for how many leads can be transferred at one time.

CRM - Pipeline filter now saves when returning from a customer profile
