CRM - Underwriting/STIPS | Fixed Bug in which Income Does Not Match Emailed OLAF Lead and OLAF App Response
Fixed issue so that the income contained in the OLAF Lead email sent to a location’s Sales Team matches the income data found in the CRM.
To access in CRM: Log into CRM > find a Lead that has submitted an OLAF application > click on the Lead’s name to access the Customer Profile > from the Customer Profile page, navigate to the UNDERWRITING/STIPS tab > click the “Application/Equifax Response” button
CRM - Customer Profile | Added Check Before Sending the First Salesperson Text Message
An overlay has been added to the CRM Texting interface to ensure Twilio’s texting guidelines are being followed. If a phone number has been added to the Customer Profile, the CRM user will need to click the “Send Now” button to send a Welcome message to the customer. Immediately after the message has been sent, the CRM user will be able to send a text message.
Prerequisite: CRM Texting is enabled
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > select a Lead from the Lead Book to go to the Customer Profile > from the Customer Profile > Take Action section, select the Text tab

Discover - Finance Applications | Added "Amount of Deficiency for Bankruptcy Discharge" to Surplus and Deficiency Information Pop-up
Added a field that allows the user to input the Amount of Deficiency if the customer obtains a bankruptcy discharge. This amount will populate on the F11550-AA-BK: EXPLANATION OF CALCULATION OF SURPLUS OR DEFICIENCY form.
Prerequisite: Discover access must be configured for CNAC
Log into Discover > Select a Store and Location: CNAC > Under Application, select Finance Applications > select Accounts Receivable > select Account Status > Charge Off > locate the Customer’s account > Click the “ESD Form Entry” button

Forms
Forms - F11550-AA-BK Explanation of Calc of Surplus/Def, Affects IL Locations
For Illinois Only: Once a customer has filed for bankruptcy, only two forms need to be sent. Send only the Notice of Disposition and Explanation of Surplus or Deficiency, nothing else. Use the Bankruptcy Forms for the Notice of Disposition: Form BK F11200 IL-1, BK F11200 IL-2, BK F11200 IL-3, or BK F11200 IL-4. Use the Bankruptcy Forms for the Explanation of Surplus or Deficiency: Form BK F11550-AA. Follow the instructions for Forms F11200 IL-1, F11200 IL-2, F11200 IL-3, and F11200 IL-4 and F11550-AA. The only difference is that the bankruptcy forms must be used if you know the customer has filed for bankruptcy or received a bankruptcy discharge.
