SPECIAL NOTICE: OLAF-Schedule Appointment - Labor Day

Currently, the hours that are displayed for Scheduling Appointments are pulled from Discover store hours. If your location will have different retail hours of operation on Labor Day, please submit a Service Desk ticket by 9/2 regarding the day and hours of operation request. This will feed over to Schedule Appointment availability after completed OLAF’s

BUG FIX: CRM Issue | Lead in Customer Follow Up category - Scheduled For a Birthday Call (not customer’s actual birthday)/Some birthday calls not leaving category after logging call. HD-58307, HD-58259.
