OLAF Risk Based Pricing Letter
The Risk Based Pricing Letter will be available to be Printed on the Applications Tab for any Approved OLAF deal. This letter will also be available for the Risk Based Pricing batch printing process for Redsson.
Sales Control Deal Structure page message
Additional messages have been added to the Deal Structure page is the case where there is a disconnect between the Deal and the Scoring engine.

Changes to Lead Attribution
For manually entered/non-internet leads, a revised list of Contact Sources and Source details has been implemented in CRM. The goal is to standardize lead attribution and streamline reporting. We’ve also added the ability for managers to add location specific source details for any Lead Type/Contact Source combination.
Example: For Lead Type “Lot Up” and Contact Source “Internet”, a location specific Source Detail option (Google Ad 123 for example) can be added by the manager. These location-specific Source Details can be added for any
Any location specific Contact Source can be added, edited or removed by a CRM user with manager permissions/access. Default options for Source detail (see list below) can not be edited or removed.
A quick training video will be available later this week, via a Post Release Notes communication.

Adding location specific Source Detail options
On the CRM Manager Dashboard, in the Source Detail Management section, a user with “manager” access can add/edit/delete source details for location currently being viewed.
Select a Lead Type
Select a Contact Source tied to that Lead Type
User will see a + sign to add a new Source Detail option
Contract Writer
The insurance button in Contract Writer will now be available to click regardless of deal status.
