Added Customer Contact method preference to OLAF Application process - Step1
Customers are required to select a contact method preference as part of the OLAF application process. This selected preference will be displayed on the Customer Profile within CRM and that preference can be changed within CRM.

For leads which come in via an OLAF application, they will be required to select a contact method preference (phone, text or email). Customers are required to select a contact method preference as part of the OLAF application process. This selected preference will be displayed on the Customer Profile within CRM. That preference can be changed within CRM.
If a lead is manually created in CRM (phone up, lot up, internal), the Contact Preference field is NOT required but may be selected by a CRM user.
If that manually created lead subsequently completes an OLAF application (via the OLAF passcode), then the Customer Contact Method Preference selected by that lead during the OLAF application process will override the value manually selected by the CRM User, if that preference is different.

Discover: Ablity to override “Recent Repo” rule
Added to the Customization Page is a new Policy Option giving the ability for a location to Override the “Recent Repo” rule. The default setting will be Non-overridable Program Decline.
Recent Repo Rule = Repo within the last 3Mo. that either does not meet/exceed score of .50 or has less than the Store's required Down Payment.
Note: An additional New Customization Page Policy Option coming will be the ability to Override the Repo rules.
Discover: Company Stores Only
System will automatically put an “Out for Repo” on hold when the next payment due date is Edited forward.
A new function has been added to Discover that will Automatically put an Out for Repo on hold when any forward Due date edit is done.
