CRM: Add DS and ARE info to CRM customer profile
**NOTE: THE DS screen in CRM is NOT a 100% replication of the DS screen in Discover. Certain items were removed from the CRM DS screen that were deemed not needed for a salesperson and to reduce screen clutter and increase readability.
CRM - Click into details of activity metrics.
Salespeople and managers have the ability to see details on the specific leads within each Lead Type category, performance benchmarks for each lead and the ability to open that lead’s customer profile directly from the Activity Dashboard.
Click on any of the Lead Type labels on the Activity Metric Dashboard to display a list of leads for that lead type within the selected time frame (monthly or weekly).
Customer profiles for those leads can be open by clicking or right-clicking (to open in a new tab) on the lead/customer's name.
Managers - select a salesperson before attempting to view these activity details. This will not work when in the “All Salesperson” view of the leadbook.
CRM - Manager approves dead deals
Manager must be in the “ALL” salesperson view to see the Dead Deals Pending category
Selecting Approve from the Customer Profile will performantly removed the lead from the lead book
Selecting Deny, will send the lead back to the Salesperson who requested the dead deal, back to its appropriate category
That Salesperson will receive a notification that their dead deal request was denied

Launching a new dealership page template for franchisees on Byrider.com.
Franchisee stores and company stores will now be on the same dealership page design template on Byrider.com. This consistency will improve the consumer experience and boost consumer engagement. A few examples of the enhancements include:
Placement of action buttons higher on the page
Updated contact us section with call to action links
Enlarged vehicle images within vehicle cards
Dynamic store hours and details near top of page
Collapse copy under "read more” at top of page

Dealership Page - Vehicle Type Selector Slider
On the Dealership page, the new Vehicle Type Slider appears below "Our Featured Inventory" header
Vehicle Type images display in the following order: SUVs, Trucks, 4-Door, 2-Door, Vans
On click of a Vehicle Type image, the user would be taken to the Inventory page which will be filtered by the Vehicle Type.
Application Page - Search Limits - Reminder note added
Due to the Large amount of data available and the wide date ranges used in searches on the application page in Discover, the system is being negatively impacted causing slowness, particularly on Fridays. To mitigate this issue in the short term, a top 10,000 records limit was put into place on the amount of data that can be retrieved.
Please limit your Date Range to 2 weeks for a search.
With the data limits applied, 2 week ranges are expected to pull back all the data.
If you were to use a longer date range, you may not get back all the available data and will likely be missing data. (missing data would be data closer to the start date in the range selected)
