April 13th, 2021 Release

General Notice:

This update release is scheduled to occur on the morning of April 13th, 2021.

Looker dashboards

A new visual will be available on the Pacing and Variance Summary dashboard showing actual vs budget net sales for locations to complement the existing visual showing pacing vs budget net sales. Please reach out to your FC or Regional Manager with any questions.

CRM

Bug Fix: Application - a fix has been implemented to prevent an employment record from being duplicated in the application. HD-49605, HD-49644, HD-51024

Bug Fix: Fix has been implemented for some leads being stuck in the Lead Assignment queue HD-49076

Roll Out/Enablement: All franchise locations using OLAF will have “customer scheduled” OLAF appointments enabled on 4/13. Customers will have the option to schedule an appointment from the OLAF decision screen on the website. Those leads with an OLAF application will show in CRM as having an appointment. Reference release notes from 3/30 for more information.
