CRM - Customer Profile | CRM Texting failing to sent text message when character count is anything greater than 236 characters
Fixed issue caused by the deployment of ROCKET-3381 where CRM Users were not able to send a text message longer than 236 characters when the UI allowed for 300 characters.
Must have CRM Texting enabled.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > select a Lead from the Lead Book to go to the Customer Profile > from the Customer Profile > Take Action section, select the Text tab > compose a message > click “SEND TEXT” button.
Payments
Payments - SMTP Service not processing messages off of the service bus queue
Fixed issue reported on 2/3/2023 where payment confirmation emails were not sent to customers without manual intervention by IT.
