VAN-142: Extension of OLAF Sales Lead Token Expiration

The invite code that is created from CRM and given to a customer to have them create an OLAF application had an expiration time of only 60 minutes. With reality being that many customers were unable to immediately drop everything and start work on an OLAF, the association between applications and sales leads was being broken from time to time. The expiration of these invites has been extended to 48 hours, which will better allow for customers to start an application on their schedules without losing the sales lead association.

VAN-176: Updated OLAF Appointment Video button in Schedule Appointment step

It was noted by the Marketing Team that the button to view the video on the final screen of an OLAF was potentially misleading in its purpose. This has been changed to more consistently match how many social media platforms display a way to interact with a video. In the image below, the left-hand side is the previous layout, and the right-hand is the new video thumbnail.
