Discover - Collections | CPI | Enrolling customer with expired maturity date 

Previously Discover restricted the ability to enroll a customer in CPI if the Loan Maturity Date was in the past. Now, if an account has had Loan Payment Dates edited, the number of months edited will be added to the Loan Maturity Date for the purpose of CPI enrollment.

CNAC.com and Discover Payments | Turn off ACH/BANK payments by location

Please contact the Service Desk to ask for payment types to be turned off for your Store. 

Added the ability for Stores to only accept card payments through Payments CNAC.com and Discover CNAC

• When a customer tries to make a BANK account payment, they receive a message that the payment method has been disabled for their location

• When a collector selects Z-Web Credit Card and tries to add a BANK account payment, they receive a message that the payment method has been disabled
