Sales Control page Search enhancement
To correct Discover functionality being negatively impacted by large search queries, limits have been implemented into the Sales Control screen search. The current 2 week limit has been removed and replaced by an enhanced search to allow more search flexibility.
The 2 week search limit has been removed.
The new search capability allows you to enter your desired search criteria. Information will be returned if the search criteria will return 1000 records or less.
3. If search criteria is too large, a pop-up message will be displayed indicating that the search needs to be narrowed as more than 1000 records were found.
Select OK and you will see the search message in red with the number of records found. Narrow your search criteria and rerun the search.
