The following language was added to F11100-NH New Hampshire right to cure repo notice: ATTENTION: If you are a servicemember on active duty, you may be entitled to protections under the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (“SCRA”) and similar state laws. Among other benefits and protections, the SCRA may prohibit the repossession of your motor vehicle without a court order.

17100-FL POA HSMV-82053 (Blank name) - Affects FL Locations
Several Florida locations have reported that their tax collector is rejecting this form if the line at the top for the appointee is NOT blank. We now have ALL Florida locations using the version where the appointee line at the top is blank. See screenshot below.
