Looker Updates - New Dashboards
Store Appointments
The Store Appointments Dashboard provides the key KPIs related to customer appointments. The primary looks highlight the speed from lead submission to appointment schedule and from appointment schedule to appointment time. It also demonstrates the set and show rates as a percentage. Additionally, the dashboard allows you to review this data at a franchise, location, or associate level.
Store Calls
The Store Calls Dashboard provides the outbound and inbound phone call performance at the store and sales associate level. The individual looks provide data and visualizations specific to call and contact volume, speed to attempt, speed to contact, call details, efficiencies by hour and a user summary.
These two new dashboards will appear in the Sales section of Looker and will be available to the same users that have access to the Sales Funnel dashboard. Please reach out to your FC or Regional Manager with any questions.
iLeverage Update
An update has been made that will, moving forward, more accurately report the last call date within Planner details.
Discover Update
Bug Fix - Fixed issue in Discover in which Vendor Lookup was failing
Fixed a known issue in Discover > Vendor Lookup so that single quotes (apostrophe) may be used when creating and searching for a Vendor Account Number or Name, e.g., O'Reilly Auto Parts.
Shortcut Portal - Discover to Edge
Updated the Discover Web link in JDB Shortcut Portal so that it works with Microsoft Edge instead of forcing the site to open in Internet Explorer 11.
Corporate and Company Store Infrastructure Update
Group Policy - Corporate and Company Stores policy update enabling Microsoft Edge IEMode and disabling Internet Explorer 11.
