For Wisconsin and other affected states: per the WI Department of Financial Institutions, in the collections forms we inserted the finance entity legal name before the CNAC dba name to define "CNAC" the first time CNAC appears in any communication from the franchisee to our customers with CNAC accounts. This change was made for all Wisconsin collections forms, and if such form is shared with other states that change was made for those other states as well.
