CRM - Google Single Sign-On Update | Changed the Library to @react-oauth/google
Google is moving to a new Identity Service which requires an update to the Login feature for CRM so that it conforms to Google's new Identity Services workflow.

CRM - Update to the Decision Status Screen in Underwriting/STIPS to properly display the correct format based on ARE version
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > go to the Approved Not Sold tab > select a Lead to go to the Customer Profile > from the Customer Profile, select the UNDERWRITING/STIPS tab > click the “Decision Status” button.

CRM - Added Credit Bureau Reports inside Underwriting/STIPS
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > go to the Approved Not Sold tab > select a Lead to go to the Customer Profile > from the Customer Profile, select the UNDERWRITING/STIPS tab > click the “Credit Bureau Reports” button.
CRM - Updated keyword for Opt In text messaging to allow an Opt Out to Opt back In
Must have CRM Texting enabled and the customer must be opted out of texting.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > select a Lead from the Lead Book to go to the Customer Profile > from the Customer Profile > Take Action section, select the Text tab > click the “OPT IN TO TEXTING” tab to send a text to the customer to opt back into texting.
New Message: “Reply START to resubscribe to texts from this Byrider number. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.”
CRM - Added Opt Out wording to every outgoing text message
Must have CRM Texting enabled.
To access: Log into CRM > select Dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown > select a Lead from the Lead Book to go to the Customer Profile > from the Customer Profile > Take Action section, select the Text tab > compose a message > click “SEND TEXT” button.
