Small logic change made regarding question #17 (Was the charge-off made as the result of an accident with no insurance in place OR damage due to the customer's negligence, abuse or accident?)

Shopmonkey | Customer | back off changes Vehicle Status to Recon - Safety Inspection
When a vehicle has been backed off it and put into Recon - Safety Inspection in Discover it will open up a new recon order in Shopmonkey under the Recon - In Transit workflow column
Shopmonkey | Accounting | Add internal note for missing order information
Internal notes will now post when hitting accounting triggers
Shopmonkey | Customer | Add Purchase Date to Vehicle information
Shopmonkey | Recon | Updating incorrect VehStockNum when changing status
This update will fix the issue where multiple recon orders are open in Discover after the RO is closed
