Lead Counts Discrepancy in CRM vs Discover
Added date ranges with a time indicator to the reports in CRM so that the reports in Discover can be run for an accurate comparison. Once the fix is in place, further analysis will be conducted to determine where the discrepancies are and further fixes will be put in place.
To access: Go to CRM > Select Dashboard from dropdown menu > Select Sales Person from dropdown menu > Click “+” under Goals & Forecast
Daily Progress Report
Added a date above the day of the week.
Weekly Progress Report
Added a date and time range at the top of the report.
Monthly Progress Report
Added a date and time range at the top of the report.
CRM Issue - Whiteout After Selecting Lead in CRM Application Dashboard
Fixed an issue where CRM users were only able to toggle between the Application Dashboard and a Customer Profile a few times before seeing a blank screen.
CRM Enhancement - Make Source Detail a Mandatory Field When Creating New Lead
Updated the New Lead creation page so that the Source Detail is now a mandatory field that is required when creating a new lead in CRM.
To access: Go to CRM > Select Dashboard or Manager Dashboard from dropdown menu > Select “+ New Lead” button
CRM App Dashboard - Error Message Appears When the User Tries to Filter with Location ID: "All"
Fixed an issue where the CRM Application Dashboard was throwing an error message when attempting to filter by Location Id: ‘All’.
To access: Go to CRM > Select Application Dashboard from the dropdown menu > Select “All” from Location Id dropdown menu
